hello.

HER Management is an independent, German-based model agency founded in 2019 by Jane Billedo Malvar and Felix Abramczik. Combining more than 25 years of industry experience, we offer professional, personal and dedicated management across national and international markets.

At the heart of HER is our work as a mother agency. We discover and develop new talents, guide our models through the early stages of their careers and create individual strategies for their long-term success. We support every step with experience, honesty and care based on trusting relationships to understand each model’s individual personality, strengths and ambitions. Together with our carefully selected partner agencies worldwide, we create sustainable careers.

Alongside our mother agency board, HER Management represents an international selection of established models from renowned agencies around the world. Through these trusted partnerships, we connect exceptional global talents with our clients and provide comprehensive representation.

This combination defines HER: the personal development and long-term management of our own talent, complemented by a diverse international board of distinctive models and personalities. Our approach is personal, strategic and global—always driven by professionalism, genuine connection and a deep appreciation for the people behind the image.
